W T F This makes our soldiers and marines sitting ducks.
These ROE are comparable to self defense laws here in the states.While these laws are arguably adequate here in a relatively safe society, our armed forces are in a war zone and quite frankly, I do not care about collateral damage and losses to villagers that were harboring the enemy .
If the citizens of Afghanastan are so worried about getting killed by coalition forces the need to stop aiding the enemy and turn them in.
At this point I feel its time to bring our guys home and then turn the whole middle east to glass with the exception of Isreal.
